The Lord is my light and my salvation—
whom shall I fear?
The Lord is the stronghold of my life—
of whom shall I be afraid?

Today I want to start simple. Just read that verse again.
What are you dealing with today? Whatever it is I want you to name it (outloud if you want, or just in your heart) and then put it in this sentence: "The Lord is on my side, I will not fear. I do not need to battle ____________ alone."
The Lord is on my side, I will not fear. I do not need to battle insecurity alone.
The Lord is on my side, I will not fear. I do not need to battle the need to be perfect alone.
The Lord is on my side, I will not fear. I do not need to battle perfectionism alone.
The Lord is on my side, I will not fear. I do not need to battle lust alone.
The Lord is on my side, I will not fear. I do not need to battle loneliness alone.
Whatever it is you are battling today, you are not alone! The Lord is on your side. I want you to hear that today. Let that be a thought that stays with you all day long.
