And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.
Thoughts
Have you ever hung out with someone a lot and noticed that you've started to pick up some of their mannerisms? Maybe its a phrase they use a lot that you start to say without really thinking about it. Or maybe the two of you even start to wear similar clothing. I remember in high school I kind of switched from one friend group to another in middle school.....and ended up changing my whole appearance! The two groups listened to completely different music (and in the 90's you dressed like the music you listened to...trust me).
That's what this verse is about. The more time we spend with Jesus, the more we start to talk like, look like, and act like him! As we spend time in prayer and in the word of God we will be changed. Our hearts and minds will change, but also how we treat other people will change too!
Today let that be an encouragement to you. If you are struggling with some area of your life you'd like to change, don't give up! Keep pressing into Jesus. Keep spending time with him. Keep being in the word and in prayer. And trust that God will begin to do the work in you. (Obviously if you are trying to change big things about your life you'll need to do other things too - I'm just saying this is a powerful place to start.)

God I pray that you would make me more like you! I want to be transformed into your image more and more.
